If you want to get countries like the rest of Poland, Slovakia, Romania, the rest of France and Italy, Scandinavia, then yes, you do need to buy the map DLCs for it, and having all of these will allow you to also allow you to play the latest version of Promods, which IMO really expands and freshens up the map.
